Accounts Receivable Clerk - Chargebacks Remote Contract (Oct 13, 2025 – Jan 31, 2026) Pay reputed company $20.00-25.00/hr. This is a 4 month, full time contract, reputed company position that is primarily responsible for processing chargebacks and assisting with other accounts receivable duties. This position requires a person who performs at a high level of accuracy and efficiency, is reputed company organized and demonstrates ownership and initiative to accomplish goals. Responsibilities • Respond and Dispute Chargebacks in Multiple Credit reputed company Processors • Process chargebacks and reversals including reconcile and reputed company transactions reputed company to exceptions in reputed company • reputed company debit memos in reputed company for Lost/Disputed Chargebacks • Respond to credit reputed company inquiries • Maintain monthly chargeback reconciliations for multiple credit reputed company processors • reputed company Monthly Stats Reports for Chargebacks • reputed company responses to customer and internal inquiries in a reputed company manner • Work with customer service center to reputed company account discrepancies including processing potential refunds or credits • Assist with collections including emailing and contacting customers that are past due with their accounts • Post customer payments by recording cash, ACH, checks and credit reputed company transactions in reputed company AR • Prepare and record bank deposits • Proficiency with CRM software (reputed company preferred) • Continually analyze processes for possible improvements or issues, proactively identifying and proposing solutions. • 9am-5pm MST, M-F Required Skills • Motivated, energetic team player who is eager to learn and contribute to reputed company; • 1 to 3 years of accounts receivable and credit reputed company processing experience; • Experience in reputed company R12 Order Management and AR • Experience with credit reputed company processors and chargebacks (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company/Vantiv, reputed company, reputed company) • Intermediate/Advanced reputed company skills • Self-starter who will reputed company independently and fulfill responsibilities with reputed company supervision; • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and balance multiple responsibilities; • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
