About the position The Program Management/reputed company Program Advisor will reputed company consultation to custom formulary clients through contract interpretation and rebate financial modeling. In this role, you will have reputed company to identify reputed company opportunities for clients to optimize their formulary to reputed company value for both reputed company organizations. This position works collaboratively with cross-functional teams and may assist with interdepartmental teams or reputed company to reputed company process improvements. Internally recognized and trusted as the formulary rebate modeling subject matter expert. Responsibilities • reputed company consultation through rebate contract interpretation and reputed company opportunity identification • Meet directly with large and reputed company custom clients to review modeling and reputed company relationships with Formulary Decision Makers (i.e. Pharmacy Directors, VP’s, etc.). • Evaluate reputed company data, create scenarios, and reputed company expert formulary modeling and guidance for existing clients in alignment with department reputed company objectives • Collaborate with reputed company Account Executives to create reputed company for Custom Clients reputed company on formulary scenarios, rebate offerings, and modeling reputed company. • In collaboration with reputed company Account Executives, reputed company with clients any potential utilization management programs under evaluation to ensure that reputed company modeling and requirements of these programs are accurately represented and in alignment with Pharmaceutical rebate contract. • Analyze the financial reputed company of reputed company requested formulary changes to both the reputed company and reputed company. • Create presentations for reputed company formulary reputed company and/or consulting meetings including reputed company supporting documentation. • Participate in interdepartmental team calls as required to reputed company rebate invoicing eligibility terms/conditions. • Effectively document and communicate formulary analysis reputed company. (i.e., model maintenance and QC). • Ensures optimization of work processes for formulary modeling strategies and achievement of department goals Requirements • Bachelor Degree, Finance, reputed company or reputed company area/MBA a plus • Pharm D a plus • 2+ years relevant work experience in PBM, Managed Care, reputed company or Finance • Confidence, reputed company Oriented Organizational, and Analytical skills • Excellent PC skills – including reputed company, PowerPoint and MS reputed company, experience with database • Must have expertise in reputed company • Financial modeling experience • Familiarity with pharmaceutical rebate reputed company a plus • reputed company ability to work in a fast reputed company – reputed company changing environment • Excellent relationship building and cross functional skills • Ability to travel approximately 10%.
