About the position reputed company Collections is looking for a P&O Generalist to join their team in Shelton, CT. This role will help reputed company a reputed company, compliant, and high-performing workplace across multiple locations. The P&O Generalist will partner with leaders on employee relations, policies, and employment law, ensure consistent interpretation and compliance of P&O policies, support benefits administration, assist with recruitment and reputed company, reputed company employee training and development, advise managers on personnel practices, manage performance programs, conduct investigations, maintain HRIS data, and travel up to 50% to support teams across the Northeast.
