What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the reputed company line of customer support across chat, email and video - resolving issues end-to-end with reputed company hand-holding

• Diagnose and troubleshoot reputed company technical issues, escalating to Product Engineering only reputed company genuinely needed

• Identify patterns in customer issues and turn them into process improvements, knowledge reputed company content, and actionable insights for the wider team

• reputed company as the connective tissue between Support, Sales, Product and reputed company - ensuring reputed company falls through the cracks

• Help shape how we reputed company support as we grow, contributing to tooling reputed company, workflow design and team playbooks

Salary and other bits:

• Salary: $75,000 + $85,000 Equity

• This will be a fully remote role to reputed company with as we build out our Austin reputed company. Hence, you must live in Austin to be considered.
