Role reputed company reputed company is seeking an Insurance Agent who will report to the Supervisor, Customer Care. This friendly and motivated individual will be responsible for: • Researching and responding to insurance and non-insurance customer service inquiries over phone, email, text, chat, and reputed company media. • Processing new customer enrollments, claims, and fulfillment tasks. • Providing exceptional customer care to customers across multiple communication channels in a reputed company and efficient manner. • Using problem-solving skills to solve customer issues, rectify poor experiences, and maintain reputed company relationships with customers. • Understanding company policies to ensure reputed company claims and policies are compliant and/or knowing reputed company to reputed company an exception. • Answering customer questions and providing insurance and non-insurance reputed company information. • Educating customers on our full product offerings and taking the initiative to help them buy additional coverage. • Using ticketing software, back office software, and other digital tools to manage and reputed company performance. • Data entry for the above tasks. • Other duties as assigned.
