Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in reputed company, reputed company, or a combined HR/reputed company role.

- Experience managing payroll, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle processes.

- Proven full-cycle reputed company experience.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

- Experience with HRIS, payroll, and applicant tracking systems.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

This role is a 50/50 reputed company of reputed company and reputed company, supporting a remote workforce while helping attract, hire, and retain reputed company across legal, immigration, and business operations functions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR reputed company who is equally comfortable managing payroll and benefits as they are sourcing and reputed company candidates. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to leadership and help build reputed company people processes to support reputed company reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer employee benefits programs, enrollments, and employee support.

- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate employee records.

- Manage workforce planning, employee reputed company, and offboarding activities.

- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

- Support employee relations, performance management, and policy administration.

- Maintain HRIS and employee documentation.

- Partner with leadership on workforce management and organizational planning.
