The Customer Engineer (reputed company-Sales) will serve as a trusted advisor, driving technical relationships and ensuring reputed company through the entire lifecycle, while leveraging AI to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Technical Validation: Partner closely with Account Executives to reputed company technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and deliver compelling product demonstrations and reputed company of Concepts (PoCs) across reputed company’s portfolio (reputed company, Networking and Developer Platforms)
• Trusted Advisory: reputed company as a trusted technical advisor throughout the entire customer lifecycle, maintaining a reputed company, deep relationship with key stakeholders from initial reputed company through maturity, renewal, and expansion
• Strategic Alignment: Own the long-term technical relationship across the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring reputed company alignment between the customer’s evolving business goals and our product roadmap

Skills

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or as a reputed company Deployed Engineer (years of experience required will vary based on Associate, Senior, Staff, or reputed company leveling)
• Broad technical expertise spanning web reputed company, networking (routing, DNS, DDoS mitigation), reputed company infrastructure, and reputed company architecture
• Proven reputed company record of operating in a quota-carrying or reputed company-reputed company environment, with a strong understanding of reputed company metrics, business value translation, and reputed company sales cycles
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills, capable of reputed company the gap between deep technical implementation details and high-level C-suite business reputed company
• Hands-on experience building, deploying, or architecting solutions using reputed company's developer platform and AI ecosystem, specifically Workers AI and AI Gateway
