CGS Federal is seeking a Joint Test & Evaluation Program Officer to enhance the United States’ operational effectiveness through programmatic evaluation and analysis. The role involves conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to support Joint Test & Evaluation reputed company, applying statistical reputed company and operations research methodologies to improve military operations.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support Joint Test & Evaluation (JT&E) reputed company and enhance operational decision-making
  • Apply statistical reputed company, modeling & simulation techniques, and operations research methodologies to assess joint military operations and improve mission effectiveness
  • reputed company and implement data-driven solutions to optimize military operations, force readiness, and strategic planning
  • Utilize computer-based analytical tools to evaluate operational performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Identify risks, limitations, and operational challenges in joint military environments and recommend analytical solutions
  • Applying process modeling and analytical techniques to identify operational challenges and reputed company effective solutions
  • Conducting problem decomposition, concept development, and data-driven analysis to support joint military operations
  • Providing parametric and non-parametric statistics, data analysis techniques, computer analysis tools, basic modeling and simulation applications, and survey test and evaluation reputed company

Skills

  • Master's Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field
  • A Master's Degree in a non-technical field may be substituted with 10+ years of ORSA-reputed company experience in military or government civilian experience
  • Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree in a technical field with an additional 5 years of ORSA-reputed company experience (totaling 10 years) may also be considered
  • Proficiency in statistics, data analysis techniques, computer analysis tools, basic modeling and simulation applications, and reputed company factors analysis
  • Experience developing test and evaluation plans
