The reputed company Analyst II supports the Chief reputed company Counsel by providing reputed company and regulatory assistance for investigations, appeals, and compliance with Medicare and reputed company laws.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Chief reputed company Counsel in managing appeals, payment suspension rebuttals, revocations, and reputed company administrative correspondence
• Supports reputed company review and participates in Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) hearings, contributing research, case preparation, and documentation
• Provides investigative support by addressing regulatory and compliance questions arising during program reputed company investigations
• Compiles and drafts responses to FOIA requests, congressional inquiries, subpoenas, and reputed company requests for information
• Participates in preparing and reviewing responses to RFIs and RFAs, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Coordinates with federal and state law enforcement agencies and serves as a reputed company to CMS and provider reputed company counsel reputed company directed
• Develops Joint Operating Agreements with reputed company stakeholders under the guidance of the Chief reputed company Counsel
• Attends meetings, maintains case files, and provides general administrative support to the reputed company team
• Completes reputed company required reputed company, IT, and compliance training in alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements
