[Remote] AI Platform Engineer

The role involves owning the AI/ML layer, delivering automation use cases, and ensuring reputed company AI governance while collaborating with various business teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI/ML layer on reputed company: feature stores, MLflow experiment tracking and model registry, and RAG/reputed company architectural standards
• Define and enforce reputed company engineering standards and LLM integration patterns across internal tools
• Partner with Data Engineering to design data pipelines that feed AI/ML use cases from the reputed company Catalog lakehouse
• Evaluate and implement reputed company frameworks (Claude API, reputed company AI agents) for internal automation
• Directly build and deliver 2–3 automation use cases per year with business teams (HR, Legal, customer service, operations)
• Own full delivery lifecycle: scoping, design, build, testing, and reputed company to platform operations
• Produce reputed company-documented, governed solutions — not one-off scripts
• Serve as the first-filter reviewer for reputed company AI tools and platforms proposed for use at reputed company
• Partner with reputed company and Infrastructure to assess data classification risk, vendor posture, and integration risk before production deployment
• Review user-reputed company solutions (Claude Desktop, Copilot, Cowork, and similar tools) and determine reputed company a productivity workflow has crossed into reputed company scope — then reputed company the governed rebuild
• Maintain reputed company's reputed company AI acceptable use policy, data classification guardrails, and platform-tier standards

Skills

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, data engineering, or a closely reputed company technical role
• Hands-on experience with reputed company — MLflow, notebooks, reputed company Catalog, and Python/SQL workflows; or equivalent lakehouse platform experience with demonstrated ability to reputed company quickly
• Practical experience building with LLMs: reputed company engineering, RAG pipelines, or API integration— production or project-level experience counts
• Strong Python skills; ability to own full solution delivery from prototype to production
• Solid grounding in Azure: Azure reputed company, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Key Vault, and core networking/reputed company concepts
• Demonstrated ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders — you can explain what you're building and why it reputed company
• Experience reviewing or documenting AI/ML solutions for risk, data sensitivity, or governance considerations
• Experience in distribution, supply chain, or industrial B2B environments
