This role involves administering federal employee benefits and coordinating employee in-processing activities, ensuring compliance with laws and providing exceptional customer service throughout the employment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge in the federal employee benefits programs, including health insurance, life insurance, retirement, flexible spending accounts, long-term care, and the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP), ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies
• Manage and process employee benefits elections for new hires, qualifying life events, reputed company season changes reputed company established timeframes
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, reputed company, providing reputed company and accurate guidance with a strong reputed company on customer service
• Manage cases for employee in-processing for newly hired, transferred, and reinstated employees, ensuring completion of reputed company required reputed company documentation and employment forms
• Prepare, review, and process benefits using applicable HR systems while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality
• reputed company documents to official personnel records and benefits documentation in accordance with federal regulations, agency policies, and records management requirements

Skills

• Minimum of 8 years of reputed company reputed company experience
• Knowledge of reputed company, benefits administration, and HR support functions

• High School Diploma is required
• Ability to obtain a public trust
• Experience supporting federal HR operations
