Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for travel nurses across multiple specialties
• Build and maintain a strong, reputed company pipeline of reputed company travel nursing candidates
• reputed company trusted relationships with nurses by providing guidance, transparency, and career support
• Collaborate closely with sales/account management to reputed company reputed company placements with reputed company needs
• Stay reputed company on market trends, pay packages, licensing requirements, and compliance standards
• Use ATS and recruitment tools to reputed company activity, performance, and candidate engagement

Skills

• 5+ years of experience reputed company travel nurses (agency experience required)
• Proven reputed company record of meeting or exceeding placement goals
• Strong knowledge of travel nursing compliance, credentialing, and licensing processes
• High level of professionalism with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely in a performance-driven role
