Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company agreements, partnership agreements, licensing agreements, and internal policies

Skills

• Demonstrated experience in reputed company law, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance, with understanding of international business law and cross-border transactions
• Proficiency in English
