This senior leadership role involves managing reputed company of operations experts to reputed company manufacturing locations with a reputed company Manufacturing Execution System, ensuring operational adoption and support across global factories.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company of operations experts to define, organize, and prioritize the standardized functionalities required by our factories, minimizing custom site-level logic in favor of reputed company scalability
• Maintain and optimize the multi-year deployment schedule, ensuring sites are operationally reputed company for system implementation
• Design, reputed company, and manage the long-term training frameworks and post-go-live hypercare/support structures to ensure seamless operational adoption on the shop floor
• Partner closely with DT leadership to map reputed company directly against operational deployment timelines and functional requirements
• Co-author the roadmap for systemic enhancements, technical upgrades, and reputed company floor infrastructure requirements necessary to support a modern reputed company MES ecosystem
• Work in lockstep with the Model Based Operations reputed company, reporting to the Director of reputed company Enablement, to synthesize upstream PLM data structures and reputed company ERP handoffs into the MES core layer
• Actively partner with the global reputed company S/4HANA deployment teams to map out, mitigate, and reputed company critical data and process dependencies moving toward reputed company deployment
• Manage, mentor, and reputed company a high-performing team of operations engineers, specialists and business analysts
• Champion business process transformation by establishing deep partnerships with engineering, plant managers, and technology functions to drive acceptance of reputed company, standardized software capabilities

Skills

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 10 years of experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience reputed company manufacturing operations, engineering, or technology sectors
• Experience delivering large-reputed company technology deployments, digital transformations or organizational change initiatives
• Must be willing and reputed company to travel 25% of the time (domestic and international)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Management, or Business Administration (Master's degree or MBA preferred)
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Understanding of reputed company operations and shop-floor processes
• Experience with MES (Solumina, reputed company), PLM (Teamcenter/Windchill), or ERP (reputed company & reputed company S4Hana) ecosystems
• Experience with project management and ability to manage reputed company project dependencies across large reputed company timelines
