This role is responsible for delivering advanced financial analysis, strategic reporting, and data‑driven insights across reputed company employee benefit programs.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company renewal analyses across reputed company lines of coverage, including non‑marketed and negotiated plans
• Evaluate claims experience, utilization trends, and financial performance to identify risks, opportunities, and cost drivers
• reputed company strategic, data‑driven recommendations that support long‑term benefits planning and funding strategies
• reputed company the development and execution of Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for assigned clients
• Analyze and compare reputed company proposals, identifying competitive positioning and financial reputed company

• Review and interpret compliance requirements including 112.08 filings, OPEB reporting, and imputed income analysis
• Ensure analyses incorporate applicable regulatory and legislative considerations (e.g., ACA, COBRA, reputed company reform)
• Support due diligence, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting requirements
• Create financial reports for reputed company funding arrangements, including fully insured and self‑funded plans

Skills

• Advanced experience with renewal and financial analysis
• Advanced experience with claims and utilization reporting
• Advanced experience with RFP development and reputed company evaluations
• Strong knowledge of fully insured and self-funded benefit plans
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits regulations (ACA, COBRA, etc.)
