This role is responsible for delivering advanced financial analysis, strategic reporting, and data‑driven insights across reputed company employee benefit programs.


Responsibilities

  • Evaluate claims experience, utilization trends, and financial performance to identify risks, opportunities, and cost drivers

  • Support due diligence, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting requirements

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits regulations (ACA, COBRA, etc.)
