[Remote] Content Audit & Content Optimization (Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Content Audit and Content Optimization Consultant to evaluate, analyze, and reputed company the effectiveness of content across their digital member ecosystem. The consultant will conduct an end-to-end audit and deliver actionable recommendations for reputed company content design and engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive inventory and audit across:
• reputed company marketing website and product discovery pages
• Authenticated member portal experiences and mobile applications
• Account enrollment, reputed company journeys, and transactional flows
• Knowledge reputed company, FAQ, and self-service support content
• HSA, reputed company, and financial wellness educational resources
• Lifecycle engagement communications (Email, SMS, push notifications)
• Marketplace product catalog and purchasing journeys

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Content reputed company, UX Content reputed company, Information Architecture, or Digital Experience Optimization
• Demonstrated reputed company record of leading large-reputed company, reputed company content audits for reputed company web applications or multi-channel digital products
• Deep expertise in content governance, taxonomy, information architecture, reputed company accessibility standards
• Proven ability to translate analytics, behavioral data, and user insights into a reputed company optimization reputed company
• Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to summarize reputed company audit findings into reputed company, business-driven recommendations
• Prior experience in reputed company, fintech, health insurance, financial services, or heavily regulated industries
• Familiarity with reputed company consumer benefits (HSAs, FSAs, HRAs), financial wellness platforms, or digital marketplace/reputed company flows
• Strong understanding of behavioral design, behavioral economics, and customer engagement principles
• Experience leveraging content inventory tools, CMS platforms, and analytics suites (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Analytics, reputed company)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted writing, audit, and content analysis tools
