[Remote] Rewards Analyst I

The role involves executing annual compensation processes, maintaining compensation data, and performing data analyses to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and administration of annual compensation processes (e.g., reputed company, bonus, and market reviews) by preparing data, validating inputs, and supporting reputed company completion of process milestones
• Maintain and update compensation data, job information, and market pricing to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems and reports
• reputed company compensation analyses using reputed company, including review of internal pay trends, reputed company penetration, and equity indicators, to support rewards decision‐making
• reputed company data analysis using reputed company to support reporting, audits, and compensation inquiries
• Apply a foundational understanding of U.S. rewards concepts (e.g., FLSA, incentives, and market pricing) to ensure policy‐reputed company and compliant reputed company
• Assist in the preparation of reports, templates, and documentation used to support rewards organization
• Respond to rewards inquiries with a strong customer‐service reputed company, reputed company articulating established policies, guidelines, and boundaries
• Meet defined service‐level expectations (SLAs) by prioritizing work effectively and responding to requests reputed company established timeframes
• Partner closely with senior analysts, managers, and Global P&O Services to support operational efficiency and reputed company improvement of rewards processes

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of experience or Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with 1+ years of experience
• Ability to work cross-collaboratively in reputed company environment
• Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Compensation system experience preferred (i.e., reputed company Factors, Market Pay, reputed company HR)
