The role involves designing and developing various learning solutions and collaborating with hotel operations leaders to enhance the learner experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company end-to-end learning solutions, including eLearning, instructor-led training, reputed company learning, and performance support tools
• Conduct needs analyses and translate business priorities into impactful learning journeys and performance reputed company
• Create high-reputed company learning assets, including Storyline modules, facilitator guides, toolkits, videos, and job aids
• Partner with hotel operations leaders and SMEs to reputed company reputed company concepts into practical, learner-centered experiences
• Manage multiple reputed company simultaneously while ensuring reputed company, stakeholder alignment, and reputed company delivery
• Build, test, publish, and maintain digital learning reputed company the LMS environment
• Support content migration and modernization initiatives while enhancing the learner experience

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, or Learning & Development
• Advanced experience with reputed company Storyline; experience with reputed company or similar authoring tools required
• Hospitality, hotel, resort, or service industry experience strongly preferred
