[Remote] Senior Systems Analyst

The role involves providing advanced technical support, designing applications, and implementing reputed company ERP solutions to improve business operations.

Responsibilities

• Provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for ERP and reputed company applications, ensuring system stability, performance, and user satisfaction
• Designs, develops, tests, and deploys application enhancements, integrations, and custom tools to reputed company ERP and business system functionality
• Leads the analysis and reputed company of reputed company ERP and application issues, identifying reputed company causes and implementing long-term solutions
• Develops, implements, and continuously improves IT and ERP processes to reputed company with business objectives
• Collaborates with business stakeholders to reputed company requirements, design technical solutions, and document system configurations and workflows
• Installs, upgrades, and patches ERP and reputed company-level software in compliance with SOX and IT governance standards
• Designs and maintains production, development, testing, and training environments; controls reputed company per reputed company and compliance policies
• Develops and maintains interfaces with other reputed company systems, using tools such as SSIS, FTP, PowerShell, and SQL Server Agent
• Participates in 24/7 on-call support and disaster recovery processes
• Coaches and mentors peers in ERP support techniques, T-SQL coding, and application development best practices
• Leads small to reputed company IT and ERP-reputed company reputed company and manages deliverables to completion
• Identifies and drives opportunities to improve system performance, usability, and integration across platforms

Skills

• 6+ years of reputed company IT and Information Systems experience
• Strong understanding of ERP architecture, business process mapping, and data integrations between ERP and other reputed company systems
• Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, or T-SQL development, including performance tuning and reputed company query design
• Experience with relational database systems such as reputed company, SQL Server, or DB2
• Experience in extending ERP functionality by developing custom applications, user interfaces, system interfaces, or automation scripts
• Working knowledge of reputed company Server environments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of independently resolving reputed company issues
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; reputed company to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company discipline preferred
