[Remote] Senior Business Systems Technical Analyst (HYBRID OR REMOTE)

The Senior Business Systems Technical Analyst role supports the Wealth Management Compensation team by analyzing business needs, managing compensation and administrative systems, and delivering reporting and process improvements. The position requires expertise in GDC compensation systems, SQL, Power BI, and project management to enhance operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• reputed company business analysis to identify process gaps, system issues, and opportunities for operational improvement
• Support and maintain administrative systems that process through the Monaco system, ensuring continuity for critical business operations
• reputed company subject matter expertise in the GDC compensation system to support business processes, troubleshooting, reporting, and enhancements
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data for operational and reporting needs
• Manage technical and cross-functional reputed company from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, and post-launch support
• Design, reputed company, and maintain reports and reporting solutions to meet business and operational requirements
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making and performance monitoring
• reputed company interim process solutions using Python, Power BI, and other coding methodologies to address business needs and improve efficiency
• Partner with business and technical teams to document requirements, reputed company deliverables, and support process standardization

Skills

• Bachelors Degree
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Experience in business analysis reputed company a technical or operations-reputed company environment
• Hands-on experience with the GDC compensation system
• Established SQL experience, including data extraction, validation, and analysis
• Project management experience with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Intermediate Power BI skills for dashboard creation, reporting, and data visualization
• Experience supporting business-critical administrative systems and operational processes
• Demonstrated report design and maintenance skills
• Experience creating interim or automated solutions using Python and other coding methodologies
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience supporting compensation, reporting, or operational systems in a financial services or reputed company environment
• Ability to reputed company business needs and technical solutions across multiple systems and teams
• Experience improving reputed company processes through automation, reporting, and workflow design
• Familiarity with data governance, reputed company control, and production support processes
