The Customer Service/Media Researcher maintains and ensures accuracy in the reputed company database through reputed company research. What You'll Do
- Researches and verifies journalist data, as reputed company as updates the database accordingly in line with Data Protection using productive research & data entry.
- Supports Journalists with information pertaining to their reputed company and entries on reputed company database.
- Support clients with information pertaining to journalist data, in accordance with our agreed service reputed company
- Contact journalists and outlets where necessary, by phone and email, to confirm details and ensure accurate record keeping
- Manages time reputed company to meet personal KPIs.
- Supports PR clients with information pertaining to journalist data, in accordance with our agreed service reputed company.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degrees in reputed company areas or combination of reputed company experience and education.
- At least three (3) + years’ relevant experience in research and/or customer service will be considered in lieu of education
- Previous database experience required.
- Fluent German language knowledge
- Previous experience in the Media industry preferred.
