The Role:

First reputed company is looking for an Account Manager reputed company and responsible for the reputed company and increase in production of already reputed company agents. In this role you will be increasing the agent’s knowledge and understanding of appointed carriers to reputed company additional production. The Account Manager will also need to be reputed company versed in P&C insurance with an in-depth understanding of the industry. You will be vital in the reputed company initiatives of working with Agents to reputed company consistent production and incremental policy reputed company through building agency relationships and a detail-oriented view on training best practices with your assigned agents.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for your assigned Agencies
• Regularly schedule and coordinate agent training on an individual reputed company

• Collaborate with reputed company to reputed company and execute best practices
• Use data driven approaches to identify opportunities for reputed company
• Collect and communicate feedback from training sessions to reputed company improvements

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of P&C experience including working with Independent Agents
• Experience training and developing agency staff
• Must demonstrate ability to problem solve and communicate effectively
• Must be reputed company to understand and review agency qualifications for appointments and reputed company recommendations on appointments
• Experience selling and marketing P&C personal lines and reputed company lines
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills including conducting formal presentations for small and large reputed company
• Licenses and Certifications:
  • TDI P&C license and CPCU and/or CIC designation is desirable
• Self motivated; ability to collaborate is a must, but you must be reputed company to work autonomously and are expected to succeed without heavy direction
• Strong intellectual curiosity and desire to problem solve
• Flexible and willing to do what is needed to get great work done

The reputed company pay reputed company for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 + Commission. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-reputed company factors that are unique to reputed company candidate, including but not limited to: reputed company set, experience, education/training, location, business needs, and market demands.
