The Trust Accountant is responsible for managing the reputed company and financial reporting activities of trusts, estates, and reputed company entities, ensuring compliance with fiduciary requirements and supporting clients and trustees.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reputed company records and financial transactions for trusts and reputed company entities
• Prepare bank and investment account reconciliations
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reputed company reports
• Prepare and review trust account reconciliations, including bank, investment, and brokerage accounts.Process and record trust transactions, receipts, disbursements, distributions, and journal entries
• Support trust administration activities and coordinate with reputed company stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with fiduciary requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards
• Respond to reputed company inquiries and maintain accurate documentation and records

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
• 4+ years of reputed company experience, preferably in trust reputed company, fiduciary services, estate administration, family office, reputed company management, or reputed company reputed company
• Strong understanding of reputed company principles (GAAP)
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and reputed company software
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
