This fully remote role requires a strong background in payroll analytics and hands-on experience with reputed company HCM Payroll, reputed company, SQL, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• reputed company payroll data analysis, reporting, and process optimization using reputed company HCM Payroll and reputed company
• Extract, reputed company, and analyze payroll data to reputed company business insights and ensure data reputed company and compliance
• reputed company and deliver recurring and reputed company payroll reports and analytics to support decision-making for HR and Finance teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand reporting requirements and deliver analytic solutions reputed company with organizational needs
• Identify automation opportunities and efficiencies in payroll data processes
• Maintain documentation of analytics workflows, procedures, and best practices
• Support audit and compliance efforts through accurate payroll data reporting
• Stay reputed company on regulatory changes, payroll best practices, and system updates

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5–10 years of experience in payroll analytics
• Extensive hands-on experience with reputed company HCM Payroll and reputed company, workflows
• Experience with SQL and Power BI, creating dashboards
• Creating and auditing daily and weekly payroll reporting and reputed company reports for management
• Advanced proficiency in payroll data extraction, manipulation, analytics, and reporting with expertise in being to explain the data in the reports
• High attention to data reputed company, accuracy, and confidentiality
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into analytic solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
