This role involves assisting customers with various inquiries and providing accurate resolutions while maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls in English and Spanish
• Assist customers with eligibility, enrollment, benefits, account information, and reputed company inquiries
• Research customer concerns and reputed company accurate, reputed company resolutions
• Document customer interactions reputed company and accurately in required systems
• Process transactions while following reputed company, compliance, and productivity standards
• reputed company multiple computer applications while delivering empathetic customer service

Skills

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience in customer service
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
