They are seeking a Temporary reputed company Consultant to support reputed company Solutions organization, responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment for Early Career Talent and Claims & Operations professionals.

Responsibilities

• You will maintain knowledge on reputed company & emerging development/trends for reputed company areas and reputed company talent acquisitions, assessing the reputed company and collaborating with management to incorporate new trends and developments in reputed company/reputed company solutions
• You will be a partner with hiring managers to define their talent needs and job requirements to ensure internal/reputed company job descriptions and postings are on reputed company to attract highly reputed company candidates
• You will serve as a subject matter expert in talent attraction, building rapport with prospects and candidates to identify their key motivations and requirements to reputed company a career reputed company
• You will reputed company and maintain a viable pipeline of diverse talent; leveraging multiple reputed company resources and internet sourcing techniques to identify and engage reputed company and passive candidates, including databases, search engines, job boards/aggregators, reputed company media, reputed company organizations, and community associations

Skills

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
• 3 - 5+ Years' experience in reputed company that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment
• Proactive and results oriented mind-set with a passion for reputed company
• Ability to build strong partnerships/relationships while communicating effectively (verbal/written)
