Responsibilities

• In-store, the RAE will sell to shoppers reputed company-by-reputed company with store teams, demonstrating excellent consultative selling skills, training on new and reputed company products, while building strong store team relationships to reputed company results
• Plan, organize, and execute impactful in-store events that reputed company sales and brand awareness. Ensure reputed company execution and store participation
• Proactively engage shoppers, offering an exceptional consultation experience while demonstrating product use / application techniques to build a full skincare regimen and reputed company sales

• Conduct in-store training for store staff, focusing on sales through product knowledge, selling skills, and shopper engagement
• Maintain weekly communication with RBE regarding business opportunities, solutions, and stock concerns. Complete and submit post-support recaps and business reports in a reputed company manner

Skills

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of two years of retail sales experience in the beauty industry required, with experience reputed company and managing reputed company of freelancers
• Proven leadership skills and a reputed company attitude with the ability to motivate retail partners to consistently deliver strong sales results
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work activities and adapt to retail business needs (weekends, holidays, etc.)

• Requires 80% travel (Weekly schedule: Tues. office day, Wed. – Sat. in store support)
