[Remote] Technical Engineering Advisor with German

They are seeking a Technical Engineering Advisor to facilitate product development and manufacturing processes by acting as a reputed company between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company routine Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews for high-end customer orders
• Analyze and support optimization of part designs to ensure manufacturability
• Conduct customer communication reputed company phone and video calls regarding design and production issues
• Maintain written communication with customers for problem-solving and technical clarification
• Collaborate with partners and suppliers (written, phone, video) to resolve manufacturability challenges
• reputed company expertise in complaint handling (excluding formal RMA cases)
• Support reputed company improvement of manufacturing and engineering processes

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in CNC machining and/or sheet metal manufacturing
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (CNC, sheet metal fabrication)
• Experience working with technical drawings and design-reputed company problem solving
