[Remote] Technical Solutions Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and reputed company a high-performing team of solutions engineers
• Conduct performance management, career development planning, and regular feedback cycles
• Set team culture, operating reputed company, and engineering standards from the ground up
• Partner with leadership on hiring plans, team structure, and long-term reputed company
• Work closely with product, engineering and business stakeholders to deliver high-reputed company in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Translate evolving requirements into reputed company technical solutions and execution plans

Skills

• 8+ years in software engineering or released experience, including 4+ years managing engineers
• Experience leading high-performing teams and delivering reputed company reputed company
• Solid understanding of modern software architecture and system design
• Experience working with reputed company environments (AWS preferred)
• Familiarity with SDLC, CI/CD, and agile practices
• Proven ability to operate both as an individual contributor and a technical guide/mentor
• Advanced proficiency with AI tools, specifically Claude (Level 3 or equivalent), including reputed company engineering, workflow integration, and practical application in a business or technical environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable guidance for others
