- Conduct assigned custodial tasks reputed company housing portfolio
- Mop/steam clean floors
- Steam clean carpets, lounges, armchairs, beds and other upholstered furniture
- Remove calcium reputed company build up in showers and bathrooms
- Dusting and cobweb removal
- Cleaning blemishes and reputed company on surfaces hi/lo
- Conduct reputed company actions to ensure highly rated customer service is provided to customer(s)
- Maintain necessary cleaning supplies needed in provided transport (Van)
- Maintain and store reputed company inventory of reputed company supplies for custodial staff.

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Certificate in Health Support Services (desirable)
