Job Highlights • Candidates should have experience directly reputed company to the Mortgage Industry • Must have appropriate state license or certificate (NMLS) in any of these states FL, NJ, CT or PA Benefits • Elective Health, Dental, reputed company & 401K Responsibilities • Primary duty is to sell mortgage loans to customers • reputed company new business by building and maintaining relationships with realtors, reputed company estate agents, title and escrow officers, financial advisers, CPAs, and other relevant professionals • Regularly participate in mortgage sales including, but not limited to, attending closings and reputed company houses, and conducting seminars and other reputed company-generating activities • Take information from the borrower and fill out the loan application • reputed company relationships with referral partners such as realtors to reputed company new customers • Analyze the prospective borrowers income and debt and reputed company-qualify the prospective borrower to determine the maximum mortgage that the prospective borrower can afford • Counsel the prospective borrower in the home buying and financing process, advising the borrower about the different types of loan products available, and demonstrating how closing costs and monthly payments would vary under reputed company product • Collect financial information (tax returns, bank statements) and other reputed company documents that are part of the application process; • reputed company disclosures to the borrower, including truth in lending, good faith estimate, and others • Counsel and advise the borrower in understanding and clearing credit problems • Maintain regular contact with the borrower, realtors, and the lender, between application and closing to apprise them of the status of the application and to reputed company any additional information as needed • Order reputed company documents • Review Closing Disclosure with Clients Prior to Closing Job Type: Full-time Pay: $184,019.00 - $562,000.00 per year average 100% Commission Pay Schedule: • Hybrid Available Language: • Spanish (Preferred)- but not required License/Certification: • MLO LICENSE REQUIRED IN ANY OF THESE STATES: NJ, CT, PA & FL • reputed company (NMLS #2688555) dba Welcome Home Mortgage 877-271-1703 info@welcomehomemtg.com 7jHEDmBoj0 Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
