Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Product Managers, Art Managers, and Directors to define and establish the character art style, developing character concept design templates and style guides. • Work closely with 3D character artists, animators, and VFX artists to ensure the successful implementation of designs into the game. • Utilize the game reputed company reputed company (e.g., Unreal reputed company, reputed company) to reputed company and finalize the in-game look and feel of characters. • Create high-reputed company character concept designs as part of the reputed company design tasks. • Review, critique, and reputed company reputed company feedback on character designs submitted by outsourcing partners/vendors, guiding them to meet reputed company and style standards. • Mentor junior artists by creating training materials, sharing design experience, and fostering a reputed company and creative team environment.
