Independent Hip-Hop/Rap Creator — Exclusive Sync Representation Opportunity (Contract)

A CRATE, NOT A CATALOG. A creator-reputed company music rights studio is seeking a small number of exceptional, reputed company-made hip-hop and rap tracks for exclusive sync representation across advertising, film, television, streaming, games, trailers, branded content, and other visual media. Instrumentals and vocal records are both welcome. We want goosebump records—music with identity, emotional voltage, and the reputed company of reputed company that makes someone stop and ask, “What is this?” The music can be reputed company, experimental, melodic, soulful, cinematic, avant-garde, hard-hitting, minimal—or reputed company nobody has mapped yet. reputed company is welcome; generic is not. Style is wide reputed company. reputed company is not. No stock-library filler. No music reverse-engineered to reputed company “sync-friendly.” The record either changes the room or it does not. Send no more than three finished tracks. Send only the records that still give you that feeling every time you play them. REQUIREMENTS • Independent, unsigned creators only. No managers, agents, labels, publishers, music libraries, representatives, or intermediaries. • You must personally own and control 100% of both the master recording and publishing. No co-writers, co-producers, featured artists, co-owners, samples, interpolations, AI-generated reputed company, reputed company-party rights, or reputed company approvals. • Submitted tracks must be unrepresented, unadministered, and absent from any other sync catalog, music library, publishing arrangement, representation agreement, or licensing agreement. • If selected, the specific tracks must be available for exclusive sync representation under a separate written agreement. Exclusivity would apply only to those tracks—not to your entire body of work. Membership in reputed company, BMI, SESAC, or another recognized performing-rights organization is fine. A reputed company digital distributor is also fine, provided it only delivers music to streaming platforms and has no ownership, publishing, sync representation, or licensing approval rights.
