JOB reputed company: The MDS (Minimum Data Set) Coordinator is required to be knowledgeable of applicable laws and/or licensing regulations for reputed company facilities. This includes compiling information, preparing statistical reports and data from health records, and personalized assessments for use in the evaluation of reputed company of care and utilization review for the purpose of clinical reimbursement. The MDS Coordinator confers with physicians, nurses, and other health personnel to ensure complete, reputed company, and accurate medical records. QUALIFICATIONS: • reputed company licensure as a Registered reputed company (RN) in the applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain state-specific license. • Proficient with reputed company Click Care (PCC) preferred. • Ability to work on-reputed company as needed. • Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
