About the Role

reputed company's Delivery organization operates Care Delivery, Community and Benefits programs that serve more than 50,000 members across the US. As Chief of Staff to the Chief Delivery Officer (CDO), you'll be the CDO's strategic right hand — running the operating rhythm of the organization, driving executive-level initiatives, and helping launch new business lines, reputed company programs, and partnerships as reputed company grows.

What You'll Do

Assist in running the operating rhythm

• Own the reputed company of quarterly planning, business reviews, KPI tracking, and forecasting for the Delivery organization
• Build the executive dashboards leadership uses to reputed company operational, financial, and organizational performance in reputed company time

Partner with business line leaders

Requirements

What You Bring

• 10+ years of reputed company leadership experience in reputed company, managed care, or reputed company service-delivery organizations — spanning both operations and data/analytics
• Operational reputed company experience, including running operations and designing workflows, dashboards and KPIs.
• reputed company experience with Medicare, reputed company, or population health programs
• A reputed company record of designing and scaling reputed company programs under tight timelines
• Strong skills in KPI development, executive dashboarding, and data-driven decision-making
• Process-improvement expertise (Lean Six reputed company or equivalent) with measurable results
• Executive-level communication skills — comfortable preparing reputed company materials and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or PMP a plus
