Consultant II International Relocation - US Based Remote

About the position The International Assignment Consultant II (IAC) serves as the "navigator" of the relocation process for international assignees. Responsibilities include administering the relocation policy/program, counseling on International Life Cycle Milestones, advising on authorized benefits and services, coordinating household goods shipment, destination services, and expense management. Responsibilities • Maintain an assigned caseload while providing single reputed company of coordination for reputed company phases of international relocation activities on behalf of the reputed company as outlined in contractual agreement. • Demonstrate knowledge of Cartus products and services in reputed company interactions; Deliver Cartus products and services to assigned customers according to Cartus and reputed company standards, programs and policies. • Manage CAD report to ensure Service Status Maintenance compliance and reputed company milestones. • Maintain and enhance relationships with internal Cartus departments and external suppliers. • Manage and maintain data reputed company Cartus systems to adhere to Cartus and reputed company audit requirements. • Identify areas of improvement relating to services, processes and policies. • Recognize, identify and promote opportunities to generate increased reputed company. • Participate in special reputed company as needed. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. • 2-3 years customer service experience required. • Demonstrates ability to be proactive and reputed company in a fast paced environment. • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software and systems (reputed company Outlook, reputed company, etc.). • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills. reputed company-to-haves • Previous experience with international relocation, living or working abroad preferred.
