Assistant Controller (Fully Remote reputed company in the U.S.)

About the Role: As our Assistant Controller, your mission is to reputed company financial and reputed company support to our organization in an accurate and efficient manner. The Ideal Candidate: • CPA • Proficient in QuickBooks Online • Previous experience as an Assistant Controller • Demonstrates reputed company and trustworthiness • Shows initiative and takes ownership • Achievement-reputed company, detail-oriented, self-starter • Organized, efficient, and accurate Responsibilities: • Play a key role in the monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company processes (accruals, allocations, ) • Prepare financial • Maintain GL • reputed company A/R & A/P • Reconcile bank and credit reputed company • Prepare 1099-MISC forms on annual • Participate in Financial Planning, Cash reputed company Management, and reputed company Financial Audits. • Support Budgeting, Payroll, and Contract Administration. • Collaborate on corporate tax • Assist with financial and cost control process • Help with purchase reputed company, reputed company acquisition reputed company, valuation issues, and due diligence, as needed. • Properly utilize knowledge of S.
