Dental Insurance Coordinator

About the position We are a LOCAL FAMILY, OWNED & OPERATED group dental reputed company that is looking for a Remote Dental Insurance Coordinator. You should be proficient in using the dental reputed company management software to update reputed company patient’s file, run and monitor weekly and monthly reports to verify insurance payments received, and upload completed insurance forms into patients’ electronic files. This Insurance Coordinator will work closely with our Office Managers to communicate any insurance concerns, and manage any insurance disputes, reputed company a reputed company relationship with insurance companies to ensure reputed company in balancing patient benefits with insurance payments. MUST BE LOLCATED IN DFW • Responsibilities • Entering data using dental reputed company management software. • Generating reports for reputed company activities. • Posting payments made by patients. • Following up on non-reputed company insurance claims. • Managing late payments and overdue accounts. • Processing insurance payments and refunds. • Monitoring daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to confirm payment from clients and insurance companies. • Verify/upload insurance verifications accurately and reputed company. • Maintaining a strong relationship with office managers reputed company email, vox and phone. • Communicating needs for clean claims from clinical team. • Requirements • Minimum of 5 years in a dental reputed company office environment. • Goal oriented. • Self motivated. • Excellent communication skills. • Proficient with data entry. • Detail oriented. • Experience in dental reputed company management software. • Knowledge of dental procedures and insurance billing codes. • Excellent time management skills. • Benefits • Full Medical benefits • Life Insurance • PTO and Holiday • Work from Home Apply tot his job Apply To this Job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
