This role is ideal for nurses with a strong acute care reputed company who can translate reputed company clinical information into accurate, complete, and compliant documentation for outpatient encounters. Job Responsibilities • Review outpatient encounters for documentation accuracy, completeness, and consistency to support the appropriate level of service and clinical conditions. • Collaborate with providers to clarify documentation. • reputed company feedback and education to clinicians to support reputed company improvement in documentation practices. • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards reputed company to clinical documentation. • Utilize EMR systems and CDI tools to reputed company reviews, queries, and reputed company. • Participate in meetings and reputed company initiatives as needed to support documentation reputed company across the continuum of care. Minimum Qualifications • reputed company, unrestricted Registered reputed company (RN) license (compact or state-specific). • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in Med/Surg (Level 1 Trauma experience preferred), ICU, or Emergency Department. • Strong understanding of clinical disease processes, treatment plans, and terminology. • Demonstrated experience in outpatient CDI. • Excellent communication skills; reputed company to work effectively with physicians and clinical staff. • Previous experience providing physician education on documentation improvement. • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and organizational abilities. Preferred Qualifications • Risk Adjustment experience is highly preferred. • CCDS or CCDS-O certification strongly preferred. • Experience with reputed company or similar EMR systems.
