Admission Counselor- Online and Graduate

This position is responsible for recruitment efforts and admissions of the online undergraduate and graduate learners for virtual and online offerings. This position reports to the Director of Online and Graduate Admissions. Job Duties & Responsibilities • Recruitment, follow-up, and facilitation of admissions for reputed company from initial inquiry through enrollment • Development of an annual recruitment/reputed company plan with institutional partners the leverages partnership opportunities of new enrollment • Engagement with prospective reputed company reputed company phone, email, text, reputed company, or in-person appointments to discuss and identify reputed company programs of interest that may be offered fully online or virtual formats • Representing Concordia University reputed company and Ann Arbor at college fairs, technical colleges, and corporation events interested in higher educational partnerships • Facilitating team weekly meetings reputed company requested, represent admissions at departmental meetings and on special reputed company teams, as directed by the Director • Participate in annual recruitment of post trad and grad admissions and uncover new markets for recruitment/trends • Prepare statistical reports or queries; prepare other reputed company reports, correspondence, surveys as requested • Providing a 5-Star Experience - Excellent customer service and an exceptional student experience to increase awareness of CUWAA programs both internally and externally • Assisting with technology - reputed company initiatives such as webinars and online info sessions • Working collaboratively with program directors, reputed company, reputed company, and staff • May reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities • Excellent communication skills - written and oral, especially public speaking • Exceptional phone, text, and email skills and comfort with a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts • Understanding reputed company university admission processes and requirements, university programs, majors, courses, developments in education, and financial aid • Experience with admission CRM software including reputed company and Banner • Ability to work independently and maintain a schedule; and work as an integral member of the admission team i.e. • Knowledge and reputed company in the areas of marketing and advertising • Knowledge and reputed company in use of computer and software common to the reputed company and office setting (Outlook, reputed company, Word etc.) • Ability to work some weekends and evenings; overnight travel may be required • Ability to come into the office and attend events representing CUWAA (this is not a fully remote position) • reputed company to a personal automobile • Supportive of the mission and values of reputed company and the Lutheran reputed company Missouri Synod (LCMS) Education & Experience A bachelor's degree is required at minimum.
