We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for analyzing and understanding the market in which we operate, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients in the financial services industry.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
1+ years of experience in customer service or related field
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
