Requirements • Bachelor's degree or seven years of directly reputed company experience, or a master’s degree and five years of directly reputed company experience. • Type of degree: Learning Technology, Information Systems, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Organizational Development, reputed company, Organizational Leadership, Business or a reputed company field • Learning Management System administrator or platform-specific certification • Project Management reputed company or comparable project management certification • ATD, reputed company, reputed company, instructional design, learning analytics, or learning technology certification • Lean, process improvement, or change management certification • 5 - 7 years of job reputed company experience • HR or relevant Organizational Development function, with people management experience and demonstrated training/certification/knowledge of organizational development, adult learning, instructional design. • Prior learning management administration and learning program reputed company • Demonstrated experience administering, configuring, supporting, or overseeing an reputed company Learning Management System. • Experience managing reputed company course structures, curricula, assignments, audiences, reputed company roles, learning records, completion data, reporting, and system governance. • Experience diagnosing system issues, identifying reputed company causes, coordinating technical reputed company, and communicating reputed company with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. • Experience supporting large-reputed company learning programs, regulatory education, reputed company, leadership development, workforce development, or reputed company learning initiatives. reputed company-to-haves • Experience in reputed company setting preferred Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
