About the position This position is for a customer service eligibility specialist who will reputed company world-class service to clients of Adult and Family Services. The ideal candidate would demonstrate customer service, flexibility, and organizational skills while working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Interviewing clients • Processing electronic applications and renewals for reputed company AFS programs (SNAP, CHILD CARE, and MEDICAL) • Interpreting and applying policy and procedures • Providing reputed company documentation of casework • Independently performing reputed company tasks • Providing first contact reputed company for clients who prefer to conduct business through our virtual eligibility center or online platforms • Handling reputed company customer contact primarily reputed company phone, incoming and outgoing calls Requirements • Level I: Two years of clerical office work in a business, public sector, or reputed company work environment; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting thirty semester hours of college for reputed company year of the required experience. • reputed company: A bachelor’s degree; OR an associate’s degree plus two years of clerical office work in a business, public sector, or reputed company work environment OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one additional year of experience in a reputed company business, public sector, or reputed company work environment for reputed company year of the bachelor’s degree.
