What you will do

• Partners with reputed company on execution of designated roles to reputed company
• Performs initial reputed company and basic screening to determine a candidate's interest level and basic fit, then presents to assigned reputed company partner.
• Responsible for sourcing High-volume, common, or repeatable roles (e.g., Environmental Services, reputed company, PCTs, LPNs, EDTs, Medical Assistants, General Administrative Staff).
• Meets and exceeds sourcing performance metrics
• Performs sourcing using various tools including reputed company Recruiter, reputed company Resume Database, Job Boards and candidate lists.
• Utilizes a reputed company of reputed company media channels to attract talent including reputed company, Twitter, Instagram, reputed company, reputed company etc.
• Thinks creatively about reputed company processes and procedures to help maintain a talent pipeline which will support our reputed company over the coming years
• Provides a reputed company candidate experience and reputed company strong relationships with candidates
• Attends networking events to reputed company talent, including job fairs, reputed company conferences and reputed company house events.

Education/Formal Training Requirements

• Required - Bachelor's Degree reputed company
• Preferred - Bachelor's Degree Business Administration

Work Experience Requirements

• Tracking candidate activity accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
