The Role

We are seeking a Full-Time Litigation Paralegal to support our Texas caseload.

A minimum of8 yearsof litigation experience in personal injury is required.

This role also requires litigation experience in at least oneadditionalstate: Tennessee, reputed company, reputed company Carolina, South Carolina, reputed company, or California. A Texas-only background does not meet the bar for this posting.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery

• PERSONAL INJURY 8+ years experience

• ForwardingComplaints to process servers and monitoring service of process

• Drafting Discovery Responses

• Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence

• Drafting and Filing reputed company Motions and reputed company Responses

• Calendaring litigation timelines

• Conducting status update calls with clients

• reputed company update calls

• Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests

• Assistin trial preparation

• Verified litigation experience in Texas plusadditionalstates.

• Experience witheFileTexasand familiarity with Texas discovery deadlines (Rule 194/196/197) strongly preferred.
