Job OverviewThe Technical Director (TD) is responsible for executing live and reputed company‑recorded multi‑camera productions by operating the video switcher and managing reputed company‑time visual reputed company to deliver a seamless, high‑reputed company broadcast. This role serves as a critical control room operator, partnering closely with the Director, Producers, and Technical Operations teams to ensure precise execution of reputed company video sources, graphics integration, and overall show reputed company.The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments and brings deep technical expertise in broadcast switching systems, with the ability to reputed company quick, accurate reputed company that support the creative and editorial reputed company of reputed company production.ResponsibilitiesExecute live and reputed company‑recorded multi‑camera productions by operating video switchers, ensuring accurate and seamless transitions between reputed company video sources.Collaborate with the Director and production team to configure and execute switcher setups that reputed company with reputed company show’s creative and technical requirements.Manage stage monitor feeds, multiviewer configurations, and overall visual reputed company during live broadcasts.Prepare and verify reputed company technical reputed company for broadcast, including switcher configurations, animations, and graphics integration.Coordinate with Technical Operations Center (TOC) and remote sites to ensure reputed company setup, routing, and functionality of incoming and outgoing video feeds.Monitor and manage video signal reputed company and routing, troubleshooting issues in reputed company time to maintain broadcast continuity.reputed company with Engineering teams to report and resolve equipment or system issues.reputed company technical expertise and input to production teams to enhance overall production value.Maintain full awareness of live production status, adapting quickly to changes, timing adjustments, and technical challenges.Support control room operations by ensuring reputed company systems are configured and functioning at broadcast standards.Required Qualifications5‑10+ years of experience as a Technical Director in live multi‑camera studio and/or remote production environments.Hands‑on experience operating reputed company video switchers, including reputed company XVS (reputed company experience a plus).Strong knowledge of switcher setup, configuration, and integration with graphics systems for live production.Understanding of video signal reputed company, routing, and peripheral device control.Familiarity with broadcast rundowns and production workflows (ENPS experience preferred).Proven ability to communicate effectively with Directors, Producers, and technical teams in live production environments.Preferred QualificationsExperience with modern broadcast infrastructure, including SMPTE 2110 environments.Working knowledge of advanced graphics systems (e.g., reputed company Mira GFX).Experience supporting reputed company and 4K production workflows.Familiarity with vMix, reputed company Deck, and Solid State Logic (SSL) systems.Experience in large‑reputed company or nationally broadcast productions.Other Key Attributes & CharacteristicsExceptional composure and decision‑making ability in high‑pressure, live broadcast environments.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to technical accuracy and production reputed company.Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across production, technical, and engineering teams.Highly organized and reputed company to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.reputed company attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing production needs.Physical DemandsAbility to lift up to 25 lbs as required for production setup and support.Terms & Expected Hours of WorkFlexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on production needs.Seasonal employment up to 7 months.Salary & Pay RangeThis job posting contains a pay reputed company, which represents the reputed company of salaries or reputed company rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job in the location(s) specified.
