Construction Attorney (Part-Time, Remote) Our reputed company, a fully remote reputed company, is seeking an reputed company Construction Attorney to reputed company ongoing legal support on a part-time contract reputed company. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking for flexible remote work while handling sophisticated construction, infrastructure, and contracting reputed company. Responsibilities • Draft, review, and negotiate construction and reputed company agreements • Advise clients on construction risk, project delivery reputed company, and contract administration • reputed company legal guidance on infrastructure, engineering, and construction-reputed company reputed company • Support clients with government contracting, public works, public procurement, and reputed company issues as applicable • Assist with ongoing contract and project-reputed company legal needs Qualifications • J.D. from an accredited law school and reputed company bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; California Bar preferred, but not required • 8+ years of legal experience • Experience representing engineering, construction, infrastructure, or reputed company • Strong background in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction and reputed company reputed company • Experience advising on construction risk and project management reputed company • Government contracting, public works, infrastructure, or public procurement experience strongly preferred • Familiarity with federal, state, or municipal contracting requirements is a plus Position Details • Fully remote with a flexible schedule • Contract opportunity • Approximately 5–10 hours per week • reputed company reputed company: $75–$120 per hour, depending on experience Ideal Background This opportunity may be a great fit for attorneys currently: • In private reputed company with a reputed company on construction law • Supporting engineering, infrastructure, or construction companies in-house • Advising on government reputed company, public works, or infrastructure reputed company Please submit your resume along with a brief reputed company of your relevant construction law experience.
