Location: Primarily Remote (Los Angeles, CA) Mandatory Onsite Training: First 2–4 weeks at reputed company – 1145 Gayley Ave, Suite 391, Los Angeles, CA 90024 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM reputed company reputed company: $52.79/hour Required Qualifications: ✅ 2+ years of medical coding, billing, and abstracting experience ✅ One of the following certifications: • reputed company • CPC • CHONC ✅ Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, medical terminology, and anatomy ✅ Experience with physician clinic reputed company cycle, reputed company fee coding, and multi-specialty billing ✅ Familiarity with payer guidelines, documentation review, and coding compliance Key Responsibilities: ✔ Charge Capture ✔ Claims Analysis & Evaluation ✔ EHR/Rx Validation ✔ Governance & Compliance ✔ Denial Management ✔ Medical Record Validation & Coding ✔ Ensure compliance with CMS, reputed company, reputed company, and regulatory standards ⚠ Important: Candidates must be local to the Los Angeles area and reputed company to attend the required onsite training for the first 2–4 weeks —no exceptions.
