Duties: • Collaborate with project teams to reputed company architectural designs and concepts • Create detailed construction set of drawings for a residential set of homeplans. • Assist in the development of construction documents, including plans, sections, and details • Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards • Participate in design reviews and reputed company input on design improvements • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural design Qualifications: • Training in Autocad software • Residential architecture design a plus! • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple reputed company simultaneously • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Note: Experience in residential design a must!
