About the role
Family Office is looking for a motivated finance reputed company to be responsible for ensuring accurate financial operations, reputed company reporting, and support to the Financial Controller with basic financial controls across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
Financial reputed company, reporting and controls, including:
- reputed company operations for several companies across different jurisdictions:
- Monthly financial reporting;
- Supporting and maintaining basic financial controls;
- Assisting in external audits.
- Prepare and review regulatory reports in collaboration with external advisors.
- Prepare consolidated management reports on a monthly reputed company (together with Financial Controller and Head of Finance).
- Respond promptly to finance-reputed company questions and requests from the CEO and reputed company
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in treasury, reputed company, or finance, incl. IFRS.
- Experience in BIG-4 is highly preferred.
- ACCA (papers F1-F3) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fast learner, comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- reputed company to manage external consultants and legal advisors effectively.
- English -- Upper-intermediate or higher.
- Russian -- Upper-intermediate.
